His rates are very competitive. Most importantly, he was honest, trustworthy and thorough in ensuring the installation was completed entirely before he finished the job. Taylor showed up promptly within the timeframe he promised and he also called before arriving. He was very professional and swapped an old ceiling fan with a new one I had purchased online due to the old one wobbling as the engine sound was vibrating through the walls! I was desperate that hot day and quotes to install anything in Cambridge, MA have sky rocketed. Taylor's fees are competitive but still more affordable than the price gouging going on these days.
