First and foremost, I want to mention that Mr. Taylor and his team were professional without compare. During the first of two retainers of this legal team, Mr. Taylor and Elianna were very attentive to my needs. They routinely made sure I was comfortable by explaining the legal processes that were occurring before, during, and what was to happen after my hearing. It was a wonderful and educational experience that was made less stressful by Mr. Taylor and his team answering every question I had at the time. Although I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone, I couldn't have found two better people to lead me through the gauntlet and maze of the courts. They were instrumental in achieving the positive desired result. The second retainer was necessary after a delay stemming from the previous result occurred. The persistence and tenacity of Mr. Taylor, and especially Elianna, was incredible. I personally wouldn't have had the time with my work schedule to call people as many times as they did to get this second issue resolved in both parties favor. I can't recommend this legal team highly enough. I was made to feel very comfortable, well informed, and listened to throughout the whole legal process, which was very important to me. I cannot recommend Doug enough. He was professional, patient, and incredibly calm throughout the entire process.
