Would not recommend. Unless you actually have motorcycle experience, these classes are not right for you. I only took this class because a friend had taken it years ago. They claim the beginner class only requires balancing on a regular bicycle. As an avid bicycle rider, I can tell you that is false. I have run marathons, bike races, driven manual racecars and ATVs all without issues. The motorcycle I was give was old, uncomfortable and difficult to shift gears. Even the coach told me that. Every motorcycle in the class was different and no opportunity to try other ones, so you are assigned the same bike for the entire class. The coaches claim to give multiple attempts to practice and claim you are doing well, only to fail you in the end. Find other options. I paid $419 plus took multiple days off work to attend this class, only to be let down. It was a horrible experience. I took this class very seriously and gave my best efforts. I took the criticism of the coaches even though it was sarcastic and unnecessary deeming, just so I could learn and try to improve. This class left me feeling defeated and insecure. I will never try to ride a motorcycle again. Out of 8 students, 3 of us failed, that is a poor pass rate. I could not tell you why the others passed especially since I witnessed them all making similar mistakes. Good luck to others, hopefully you have a better experience or find a better option.

What a wonderful program for anyone being introduced into the world of motorized bikes. Every rider coach is extremely patient and great at coaching you to have confidence in riding a motorcycle. The coaches help you pass the ADOT Motorcycle Endorsement. I was extremely pleased with the accelerated program Team Arizona offers. Big shout out to Mike S. For helping out and showing me some good techniques!

Ben and Mike were wonderful instructors. Even if you’re able to teach yourself how to ride (as I did,) this class is super helpful to take. It’s one thing to be able to get up to speed, but the slow speed maneuvers you learn in this class are insanely helpful in the real world. I’d recommend this class not even just for beginners, but even people who have been riding, you might just learn something new and come out even more confident afterwards.

I completed the 3-wheel training class, taught by Eric Johnsen today. I am a first time operator (only a passenger up to this point). The sign-up process was straight forward and I was able to call the office with follow up questions easily and the people who answered the phone were polite and knowledgable. The class itself was great! Our instructor, Eric Johnsen was both an experienced rider and instructor. He was polite, professional, clear, and helpful. Following completion of this 2-day basic course, I feel comfortable operating my bike and my ability to progress my skills safely. I whole-heartedly endorse Team Arizona for motorcycle instruction!

This is an amazing class with incredible instructors. I am so glad I took the course as I hadn’t been on a bike in over 30 years. Eric J was the best and his assistant Chip was as well. The confidence gained and knowledge acquired made all the difference in the world. I will be taking more classes with Team Arizona. Don’t delay. Sign up today.
