Jessica Lipphardt was our realtor and during our journey with her she was nothing short of amazing. Always reachable any time any hour, always prompt and on time to every showing and never batted an eye at any of requests. She is such a great listener and never “convinced” us of anything or put us in a direction that was “more beneficial to her” as far as where to buy, how much or anything of that nature. My husband and I always had our two small children in tow and she was so understanding of that and always was eager to help with them where she could!! As first time homebuyers we were so weary of this process but she initially met with us with a presentation and a booklet of information we were able to reference at any time and was always prompt in scheduling showings and reminding us to keep us on track! She always validated our concerns and thoughts on any situation. We are so happy with the home we bought and she negotiated so much for us that ultimately got us a once in a lifetime deal!
