I came here to take door dash order but they say they don’t have cup holder . How I can take 4 drinks. Save money but bring cup holder .

I’ve been here all of 6 times and I can strongly say I am never greeted. The workers look up, but don’t don’t speak a word. No ‘hello’ no ‘just a minute’ or ‘be right with you’ .. just never say anything. Lol it’s the most awkward thing. I just have to stand around and wait until someone acknowledges me and takes my order. Tea is pretty high but worth it.

This is now my favourite drink place in Fresno. It is more pleasant to be in than any other place for any other type of drink. There is a quiet room in the back where you can drink tea in peace, the main section is a little louder but still cozy, the selection of teas is marvellous, and the yoda chai I got, as well as the cream earl grey, were delicious. The staff was polite, friendly, and seemed hard-working. A few tapestries with quotes from the Buddha were hung on one of the walls. The bathroom was amazing, though the latch to make sure nobody came in through the code input (like what Starbucks has) is not low enough to be accessed by wheelchair users (which is why I only give five stars). Excellent location otherwise.

This was my first time being here in years, and they most definitely have not lost their touch or kindness, I tried out the valentines Day specialty, Lavender Love tea. I couldn't stop drinking it. It was sweet and very nostalgic, which came with a feeling of immediate calm. If you haven't tried it, I suggest you do before it's gone! All in all, this place has remained a good Ole 10/10 at least to this fellow tea lover.
