I gave my phone for screen repair. He spent 2 days to do it. After these 2 days, I understood he had no proper equipment to fix it so I took back my phone. Lately I noticed that he damaged the back cover of the phone while he was trying to take it off. When I went to the shop again and he accused me of lying to him and that the back cover of my phone was already broken. What he said was kind of that: 1- I didn’t try to open your phone! 2- I needed to heat up to the cover to take it off. There is no way to prevent some damage. That’s why that damage occurred! 3- why should I open your phone back cover to change the screen? :) 4- Your phone was already broken from front and back side! 5- you are a lier! I don’t suggest that place!

Polite and good customer service. Phone fixed in 20 minutes. Very expensive. £40 for a phone cover and clearing the charging port.
