⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m very happy with the service I received today. I had only bought my TV less than a year ago, so I was really saddened when it suddenly stopped working. I contacted Samsung, and the process from start to finish was quick and stress-free. Two technicians were sent out within a week, and they were both very nice, polite, and professional. They replaced the panel efficiently and had the TV working perfectly again in no time. The whole repair was smooth and well organised. I really appreciate how easy Samsung made what could have been a very frustrating situation. Excellent service and great technicians — thank you.
