Drivers like to cut people off and make the drive from USA parkway to Reno even more dangerous. This driver was weaving in and out of traffic all for me to pass him anyway. If they can’t drive safe how can they install electricity safely?

I called on a Saturday afternoon and Joseph answered immediately. I explained my issue so that we could schedule an appointment but he knew instantly what the issue was and was able to assist me over the phone. I appreciated his integrity and thoughtfulness when allowing me to fix it within 10 seconds and save me a trip charge. Fantastic customer service. Will most certainly only use them from now on!

Had an issue with breaker panel. Called several companies and while nothing was wrong with them, only Joe actually talked me through some basic principle of troubleshooting and in the process, not only fixed my issue, but saved me at least $500! For that, over a phone help, I am truly grateful! Will use honest electricians like Joe again!

Wow! What great service from Joe and Jerrod! Our Solaredge inverter (installed by another company) went out, and they got on the phone with Solaredge, got a replacement and got it installed! BAM! Even more, they gave us a Case Number with Solaredge so that we can get reimbursed for the installation costs and (hopefully) extra costs to NVEnergy for electrons that our rooftop solar wasn't able to generate. Joe said that we don't have to fight the 'good fight' alone, either. They're here for us. This is why you do business locally.
