Disappointed. I wanted to try and use this company because I seen the good reviews and came around 3:40PM because online it’s said that they closed at 6, came to the door seen the sign so I then decided to sit outside and wait till about 4:40PM in hopes that maybe they went to lunch or something but no one showed up. Update your hours online if you’re not going to be available during the times provided.

I had a last-minute printing emergency when I needed photos printed to complete a project. Initially, I planned to go to Staples, but their customer service was disappointing, and they couldn't accommodate same-day service. While searching for alternatives, we found Henry, the owner of TechGraphx. He was an absolute partner throughout the entire process. Not only did he complete the job the same day (within an hour!), but the photo quality of the posters was truly exceptional. I especially appreciate Henry's willingness to keep the store open later than usual to accommodate our urgent request, ensuring we completed our project on time.
