Terrible customer service. They kept my phone for 12 days before telling me it was unfixable. They were very vague about communicating how long it would take to diagnose and repair my phone. They never even called me to provide a status update. Whenever I called, they said they needed to check and would call me right back but they just ghosted me. The only thing they did right was not charge me for the diagnostic. I'm pretty sure all the 5 star reviews on their page are fake.
