Oh my gosh, what an awesome place! My wife and I went there for the first time ever on the afternoon of New Year’s Eve. First, if you love art deco, you will really love the architecture from floor to ceiling. I found it to be beautiful. Also, they decorate BEAUTIFULLY for Christmas, it’s just stunning to see and walk around. You can also see very cool bank vaults, safes, old cars and other nostalgia. We ended up finding seats at the bar to have drinks and also to order food from the restaurant. We had wine and I also had an Old Fashioned. The bar staff was just really friendly, the food was DELICIOUS, and the atmosphere was classy. Whether you are in your 20s or baby boomers as we are, you will find a gem in this place. Oh, my wife had stuffed cannoli and I had the wood fired pizza. Great experience!!! We will be back.
Just had dinner here last night and I brought three of my closest friends. Service was incredibly slow but our waitress let us know it was her first time on her own so we of course gave her grace. We felt bad for the table next to us because every time the waitress came by, the person at the end of the table had to get up and move out of the way. Eventually they just moved to sit on the booth side next to their date. Food was delicious and the Christmas decorations are a must see this time of year!
Had such a great experience with our server! She was super attentive, knew the menu inside and out, and even gave us great recommendations. Honestly one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. We were a party of four, and it was my first time dining at Tellers. Everything we ordered was delicious. We tried three appetizers and three entrées, and I ended up sharing since I wasn’t super hungry
The two of us had an early dinner on a non-holiday Monday. We had reservations and were seated quickly. The old bank architecture is fabulous and it was difficult to not just sit and admire the view. Our server was knowledgeable, helpful, and very attentive. We were not impressed with the food. I had the Short Rib Rigatoni al Forno. The meat was tasty and tender. The pasta was cold and the sauce was just okay. This was the first Italian Style restaurant that I've ever been in that did not serve bread with either oil or butter. It is an expensive experience, only the atmosphere was worth the cost.
What a beautiful place to eat a meal! First off, you should go see the location just for the architecture and decor. It was so impressive to me. The actual restaurant part was lovely, as well. The menu isn't overwhelming, so it's easy to focus in on a dish or two to your liking. We started off with the fried artichoke hearts which were the star of the show. I would return just for those. We also ordered some mushrooms to enjoy, and I could live without order those again. They do bring out some complimentary bread which was tasty. I ended up ordering a Caesar salad and the formaggio and pesto pizza, and my friends both got the lobster ravioli. The salad has a more lemon based flavor to it which I enjoy, but my friend didn't like it so much. The pizza was everything I'd hoped for and more, so good! The lobster ravioli actually had a bit of a kick to it, and I enjoyed tasting it. We had great service and were treated so well. I definitely would like to return. If you do park in the garage, it's around $10 and you can grab the elevator to take you to the second floor where the restaurant is located. You can also go to the first floor and walk the long hallway and take a right to go up the escalator.
