After several incorrect diagnoses by another electrical contractor our home warranty provider called Temple Electric and I am so glad they did. They took time with the issue and made sure it was fixed, even though it took coming back on a Saturday, which they did not have to do. Next time I might just call them directly!

Whoever is their receptionist should retire. She was rude and was chewing while she was talking to me. I asked if she can send a technician out and her response was "WE ARE CLOSED" but google says this is a 24 hour business. I do not recommend anything calling this company.

We called Temple Electric for service this morning after I accidentally got an outside electrical plug wet and it caused the inside socket to burn up and smoke up the house. We had an electrician come to our house (we live 30 minutes outside of Lubbock) within two hours! He said he didn’t want us to have to be without our electricity since it was supposed to be at least 108 today. He did quality work and even put up with all of my questions! :) When I told him there was a breaker that I couldn’t flip, he even fixed that. I felt like he had our safety and comfort at the forefront and appreciate his willingness to help us out! Great company and dedicated people!

Hate to judge anyone off of a single experience, but I had a unfortunate encounter with who I assume was the front office. Called at 4:00 pm on a Friday. Google says you’re open 24 hours, which is obviously not true. The phone was answered by someone who sounded angry to be answering the phone. No introduction. No what can we do for you. Had to awkwardly confirm it was an electrician and ask if I could schedule for service. Was told before I could finish that no one was in the office until Monday and was hung up on as soon as I stammered an okay. You were recommended by my HVAC company, and you just lost all of my business.
