I have been interviewing potential architects to work with as I am trying to get into development. Sean was by far the most knowledgeable out of anyone that I have met as he has tons of experience and is an investor himself. Yes, he is more expensive than others, but if he can help you avoid any unforeseen costs, then it's well worth the additional expense. I will be using Sean in the future for drafts and to be able to help assess best land use for future real estate investments.
