Had a great time at Tenpin Acton! The lanes are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is lively. Friendly staff and good food options and Halal too. However the bowling balls could do with an upgrade—some are quite worn. A little refresh would make it perfect! Still, highly recommend for a fun night out with the family and friends. 🎳👍

We went and did a party for my lil brother and had a fabulous time! Definitely recommend visiting hosts handed out pizza ice cream! Balloons and if you get a strike you get a small freebie keychain and he was given a beautiful bowling birthday gift honestly made him and he’s friends day!

My recent visit to Tenpin Acton was unfortunately marred by an immediate and incredibly frustrating interaction with staff, which completely ruined my mood for the evening. We arrived shortly after 7 PM for a bowling booking scheduled for 8 PM. My intent was to ask the server at the counter if we could start our game early. I walked in holding a drink, which I fully intended to dispose of the moment my early start was confirmed. The initial interaction with the male server at the counter was polite and helpful. However, before I even had the chance to explain or mention discarding the drink, a female staff member abruptly intervened to tell me I couldn't have the drink. Literally a second later, a security guard materialized beside me and also told me "no drinks." The swift, confrontational manner of this interaction was astounding. Within approximately 90 seconds of entering the venue, I was confronted by two different people about a drink I was already planning to get rid of, without being given any opportunity to do so or even explain my intentions. This overzealous and rude approach completely soured my experience. While I understand the "no outside drinks" policy, the lack of courtesy and the aggressive, immediate confrontation felt completely unnecessary, especially considering the timing. It made me feel unwelcome and frankly, "pissed off." The only saving grace was the polite male server, who was professional and even apologised for the actions of his colleagues. If I hadn't already paid for the lane, I would have walked out immediately. Very different from my review last year.

If you're looking for a great place to spend quality time during the weekdays or on weekends, this spot is perfect! There are plenty of games to choose from, including bowling, snooker, darts, and many other activities. It's a welcoming environment where people of all ages can come and enjoy a fun day out. I always have a wonderful experience there, especially with snooker and bowling, which are my personal favorites. I really think you’ll enjoy it too! Highly recommended!

A fun place to spend time with family, and friends. 32 bowlings lanes, pool tables, arcade games, table tennis, escape rooms, refreshing drinks and food, etc. Prefer to book via online when playing on weekends. Free 5 hours car parking. Toilets for customers are available.
