This place has never been in tiptop shape, super clean, or had great service - but it always had excellent, fresh food - kind of like a hole in the wall gem. I’ve been going to this restaurant for nearly 30 years, but no more. during our visit, chef dumped a bowl of boiled chopped up chicken and shrimp on the grill instead of the fresh hibachi cook in front of us version we’re used to. Quality difference was very noticeable. Portions seemed smaller as well. For price point v quality, truly sad to say we won’t return.

Service was awful! The restaurant was in terrible condition. The ceiling is literally falling in places, the carpeted floor is disgusting and sticky and the walls are nasty. When we walked in, no one would speak to us. It was if they didn't want our business. The food was good. But the show from the cook was just okay. I got to upset because he was taking food off our plates and throwing it at us. He missed every time. The food is good, not cheap and he was taking it off our plates without permission and wasting it by throwing it at us. Also, I got the filet mignon and she SHARED it with other people at the table. I paid for it and he kept giving my dinner out. It was annoyinging. The portion sizes are super small...I got five shrimp and two tiny egg rolls that are smaller than Costcos. This place isn't going to last much longer. It's terrible 😔.

I have been going here since 1991. It might look a little "retro" but it's very clean and the food and service are excellent. Just the right amount of high quality food for the price.

I had a great time with my family. The staff was very polite. The building has not had a deep clean in forever. The vent hoods above the hibachi table are caked in grease. The bathroom needs a remodel. There was only one cook so the wait time was quite long. I hope the place improves because you can tell it’s a nice family that runs it. It just needs to improve.

This was our first time here at this location, as I've been to 1 similar in Vegas. We came here on a Friday evening (Halloween) around 4ish pm. It was empty, they had us wait about 20-30mns before the chef came over. The chef was great, he was funny, entertaining. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that he was trying to throw food at us to catch with our mouth. Other than that, this place is off the freeway, next to a hotel and there is plenty of parking. The waitress was nice, but took forever to come check up on us to see if we needed anything. Was not impressed with the bathroom situation, as a toilet was overflowing with water. We will not be coming back to this place, and stick to going when we go to Vegas.
