Joel at Terminix has serviced my house for years and he’s fantastic. Keeps the ants, cockroaches and other creepy crawlers away. Plus he always checks to make sure the pup is in the house and safe. 🐶😊. I often recommend him to friends and neighbors. He’s very communicative and friendly. There have been a few times when I’ve needed to call him to come off schedule to help with ants and he always fits it into the schedule.

We have been very happy with Terminix, but what truly sets the experience apart is Lance. He is professional, reliable, and extremely easy to communicate with. He always shows up on time, explains the treatment process clearly, and follows through on what he says he will do. His loyalty and consistency give us peace of mind, and we know our home is in good hands. It is rare to find someone so trustworthy in this field, and Lance is the reason we continue to choose Terminix. The company provides good service, but Lance makes it great.
