They don’t show up to appointments. Didn’t show up to 12/22 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm and didn’t show up to 12/24 8:00 am -9:30 am. No cancellation notice , no phone call to reschedule, no communication. What a joke

Randi came and serviced me today. She really listened to everything I needed to have done. And she completed the task perfectly. I would love for her to be my regular service technician, however, I understand that that is not possible. So I suggest that you clone her!

I had a fantastic experience with my Terminix technician Nick today. He explained every step of the process, answered all of my questions and went out of his way to ensure my concerns were addressed. What impressed me most was how respectful and intentional he was—he clearly takes pride in his work. He even double-checked areas I hadn’t thought of. It's very refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about the service they provide. Highly recommend!
