She was very professional and diagnosed our situation and recommended treatments to resolve a huge bed bug problem with our tenant. My mother is 88 years old she was patient with us and explained all the steps need to successfully treat the issue. She was even patient with our crazy tenant that she had to deal with for 9 treatments... She is very experienced and very professional at her job, to help us treat the issue and resolve the problem as quickly and effectively as possible. We appreciate all her efforts and professioanlism.
