I had a great experience with Terrapin. Within minutes of submitting a request for an estimate, they reached out to schedule an appointment. Asahel did an excellent job understanding my vision for improving my garage. He clearly explained what he could do, along with alternative options and the pros and cons of each, which helped me feel confident in the direction we chose. On installation day, Asahel was extremely thorough. He checked in with me about height and placement before starting, and his work was professional, neat, and precise. Roger was great. He was patient with my questions and gave me advice without pushing. He offered to replace our ceiling fan the same day for a fair price. He was friendly, efficient, detailed, and professional. Before and after photos included. Recommend!

Highly recommend Terrapin !! Needed an outlet installed in our bathroom and found them on Thumbtack. Scheduling was a breeze- they were able to have a tech come out a couple days later for a quote, which was A LOT better than the other quotes I’d received for this project. The tech Asahel was super great - knowledgeable and SO fast. Great experience overall!
