This repair shop is by far the best repair shop in the state of Texas. I will never take my car anywhere else as long as I live. My vehicle was struck and needed significant repairs and they gave it back to me better than the condition it was in when I bought it. Brand new. Everything was done to the best standard. It could be done too. And the damage was completely gone. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed throughout the whole process and that everything was finished to my satisfaction. I love this place and will recommend it to everyone who will ever listen. Best repair shop ever. David, Chris, hassam and Jamie were the personnel that repaired my vehicle and I was literally almost in tears of how good my car looked when complete. These people are the best in the state of Texas and I would both even say in the country. Don't ever take your car anywhere else, but here. You have found the last repair shop you will ever have to look for if you find your car here.

Austin and the staff at Texas Collison was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I was kept informed of any and all progress to my vehicle. My car was also ready alot sooner than anticipated which was womderil for me. The office staff was extremely nice and the office was really clean. I would absolutely take my car here if ever needed10/10 recommend

We are so grateful to have David, Hasan, Jaime and Chris Bridges to work on our vehicle. We were hit taking our kids to school and chose this collision center to help with repairs and they made our vehicle look brand new and fixed our break pads. They were such a blessing and truly are amazing!! I would recommend to everyone to go here!! Ps. Office staff is so sweet too!! So kind to my kids😁 everyone was professional and kind. They were so quick too!

This was my second time taking a vehicle to TCC, and while it’s never exciting dealing with car issues, they’ve always made it an easy experience. Chris in particular was very helpful in explaining everything as I was dealing with an insurance claim, and in facilitating my rental pickup and drop off. Additionally, my car looks better than when I had gotten into the accident, with a fresh clean interior and exterior. Definitely recommend.

I made the biggest boo-boo ever . These guys exceedingly and abundantly took care of my vehicle in a timely matter ! I feel very bad because I prematurely blamed them for a problem that was pre-existing on my vehicle before they repaired it ! Mr. Austin Mears kindly and professionally set me straight (As he should have lol) with the proper documentation and imagery showing this issue was already apparent! I honestly do apologize for the false review and will say I would recommend this collision center to anyone in need of "Speedy and Reliable" service ! I will say they were also very prompt with the communication at well ! He also offered to render the situation just because he wants the best outcome for his customers , and that is commendable because most companies would prove they're not responsible and be done with ! I respect this establishment for having the patience to correct a complaint/issue with remorse and humility !
