Dr Herold and staff are great! The phone system on the other hand is absolutely ridiculous! Who wants to waste time making appointment or try to speak to a person who can help with your question and can only speak with computer generated voice, text, wait for link, then reply or leave message. Otherwise they would definitely be 5 stars.
Dr. Browning is amazing, I have been bringing my son to see him since he was a baby. He has addressed all his skin concerns for the past 2 years and I have seen tremendous improvement. The office staff is also very kind and responsive to concerns.
I had a biopsy performed by Dr.Herold. He explained the procedure completely and offered the option of my choice. The surgery was basically painless and was completed quickly. He kept me relaxed with his friendly personality. I highly recommend him.
My daughter and I both see providers here. They are patient and attentive to hearing our concerns, and thoughtful in deciding and detailed in discussing treatment options and side effects. We have each been able to have our conditions resolved, and are able to follow up as needed.
