When in office the doctors and staff are great. But trying to call and actually speak to a REAL person and not the AI Clara gal they have trying to answer your questions is CRAZY!!! And when you finally do get a hold of a real person they want to transfer you multiple times after. It’s a big freaking headache. If I lived closer I would just drive up there.

Throughout my visit, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. The ladies at the front desk staff were patient and accommodating. The assistant/aid provided responsive and thoughtful care. The nurse practitioner listened attentively and provided personalized attention. I am very satisfied with my visit.

Dr. Browning and his team are truly amazing and down to earth professionals. They answer all my questions, and make sure I know exactly what is going on during any procedure. I am truly grateful for thier patience, and understanding when I don't understand something. They are a very funny and relaxing team! I am so thankful that I found such wonderful Dr's on my side.

Our experience at Texas Dermatology has been outstanding, largely due to the exceptional support provided by Vira and Amanda. At each appointment, they took the time to listen to my concerns. I moved from Maryland last year. I have Psorasis so I always need a dermatologist. My previous doctor was fantastic and I saw him for over 30 years. I went to Dr. Browning and he was so nice and an excellent doctor. His staff is wonderful. So I totally lucked out. I would highly recommend bc I’ve been to more dermatologists in my life than I care to. It is really hard to find an excellent doctor but thank god I found him.
