Had a wonderful experience taking adult driving lessons with Mr. Serrano. Mr. Serrano was very patient, encouraging, and insightful when giving constructive criticism. Parallel parking lessons were great and aligned well with the setup used in the state’s actual test. Very sound diversification in routes all the way from low-volume traffic to high-volume traffic to freeway traffic based on all the lessons available. Would strongly recommend this location for any adults who are hoping to pass the test quickly and confidently.

I had a GREAT experience with the Texas Driving School at the Weber location, so I decided to try the Saratoga location this time since it’s closer. Unfortunately, my experience at Saratoga was very disappointing. First, the staff incorrectly told me my daughter couldn’t get a driver’s license. I had to show them the DPS website to prove she was eligible. I would expect a driving school to be knowledgeable about these things. Additionally, they got my daughter’s last name wrong, which caused unnecessary issues. They wouldn’t let her in until I showed them the contract to prove their mistake. While they eventually allowed her to attend, they didn’t correct the error, and her last name was still wrong on the DPS slip. Another issue was regarding a planned surgery. I had called ahead to confirm how absences would work. I was told that since each class was two hours, she could attend the first half and retake only the second half later. However, on the day of the surgery, they marked her absent for the entire session, even though she attended the first two hours as planned. Overall, this location has been very difficult to work with. The staff is impolite, and the lack of organization is frustrating. No one expects perfection, but clear communication and kindness would go a long way. If you’re deciding between locations, I highly recommend the Weber location. My experience there was smooth and professional.

We had the absolute BEST experience here! My son was able to complete the written/classroom part via Zoom due to Covid and they made it really convenient. He loved his driving instructor and learned so much! He is very aware of driving and even corrects his parents on what to do and what not to do. The driving times were super easy to schedule. Phone calls were always promptly returned and the customer service was top notch! I highly recommend the Texas Driving School for all teens learning to drive.

I went to take my driving classes for adults here, one of the best decisions of my life, in very little time I went from no experience to have a very good grasp on what I needed to do. My instructor Mario is very professional and friendly, I had fun when I was learning, and he was calm and calming when I was anxious. He knows how to teach and gives much valuable insight on the road, I got training with different road circumstances to help me drive safely. he is very trustworthy and I will recommend him to anybody that wants to learn to drive.

He knows how to teach and gives many valuable advice about driving throughout the course every time. He trained me with different cars and road circumastances to help me drive safely. Lauren at the office is very helpful and comfortable to get along with.
