Texas General did an excellent job rehabing a unit for us after a fire. From the beginning, they handled everything very professionally and made what could have been a stressful process much easier. My home flooded the day before Thanksgiving and I am so grateful for all the services provided by Texas General Contractors. Texas General Contractors has been incredible in responding to the issue, maintaining clear lines of communication and working with me and my schedule. Edgar and his team came in immediately to help with the flood mitigation and continued to check in during the holiday period on the status of the home drying out to make it livable again and ready for the next steps. Quan worked directly with my insurance adjuster to ensure that all the damage was noted and helped me understand the process. Finally, Kevin was my remodel project manager and he and his team truly went above and beyond - helping me be back in my home prior to Christmas and continuing to address issues that popped up along the way. No one ever wants to deal with unexpected housing damage - working with Texas General Contractors has alleviated the stress and discomfort that comes with this process. If I ever have future damage (fingers crossed that this isn't the case), I will definitely be reaching out to them.
