Texas spa is always a great company to work with. When I’ve had issues they are always there within a day or 2. TJ was great and fixed our problem with the spa before he left. Great people. Always friendly and professional. I recommend them highly.

I recently purchased a hot tub from Texas Hot Tubs, and the experience was excellent—especially working with Justin. As a first-time hot tub owner, I had a lot of questions, and Justin was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I ended up purchasing the HotSpring Relay, which has been a great choice so far. Justin went above and beyond by working around my schedule, even staying after closing so I could “test drive” the hot tub. He had towels and water ready and was always responsive to calls and texts, which I really appreciated. If you’re shopping here, I highly recommend asking for Justin. Quick tip for buyers: if you’re considering a lounger seat, make sure to try it out first—comfort can vary by person. Overall, the Relay has been easy to manage and a great addition to my home.
