This agency sent an interpreter who wore bright blue T-shirt and blue jeans with a LARGE brass necklace to a job interview. I called them to notify the agency of the interpreter's 1. 30 minutes tardiness, 2. unprofessional attire, and 3. His last name. (So I can check the registry to see if he was certified) Their responses: 1. We did call the office to let them know that the interpreter was slightly late. ( 30 minutes!) 2. He should not have been wearing that attire. We apologize, this note will be passed on to our COO. 3. I'm sorry I can only tell you his first name. (I prompted them that I had rights to know whether or not the interpreter was certified.) They disclosed his last name immediately. At the end of this phone conversation the receptionist was stupid enough to ask if the brass necklace (mind you, it was at least big as my palm) was distracting. I had to explain that It does not matter if it was distracting or not. This was my job interview and no matter how well I presented myself, the interpreter will make an impact on my professionalism . Upon research, the interpreter they sent was indeed basic-certified however their attitude sucked and the fact they tried to walk over me by refusing his last name and questioning whether or not a large brass necklace was distracting shows that they are one of the worst interpreting agencies in the DFW area. I will be contacting the business to find their interpreting services elsewhere.
Couldn't find it , no outside signs , no numbers on entry Doors, l was LOST.

I am a hearing, signing, ally of the Deaf community. Please do not use this unethical business they will not meet your needs as a Deaf person. To the hearing client: They hire and send out Sign Language interpreters that are not trained or prepared for the jobs they are sent out on. Please read the other comments on here and on Yelp to accurately assess the types of shady work this company does. Oppressing Deaf people that already have a disadvantage in the hearing world we live in should be shamed.
Horrible , unethical, crooked company.
