Decent prices compared to everything I saw elsewhere. It's managed by a very experienced manager. I love the 24 hour access and security is good (keypad entry on doors). You get access to the swanky lounge in the main suite even if you're in another suite. They allow you to do your own soundproofing as long as you leave the room as you found it. The bathrooms are kept immaculate and there is a security light in front of the bathrooms. If you need a place to jam, this is it.

Really nice and clean rehearsal studio! I rented the hourly room, it was a great vibe with great sound! I will definitely be back. Shout out to Ryan for all his help and hospitality. This place is great!

This place is great, many practice spaces of various sizes and common areas with couches + free snacks and drinks for tenants, and open 24 hours. I rented one of the smaller practice rooms so I could practice the drum parts for an album I wrote prior to recording it, and Texas Jam provided everything I needed for a practice space and then some, at an affordable price too. Highly recommend for anyone needing somewhere to rehearse! They also have a location in Plano for those who live farther north.

Great rehearsal rooms in Dallas! Their live room is perfect for shows or music videos. Super clean, secure, and in a great location. They'll take care of you here!

Great rehearsal space and an amazing live room with full stage, lights and sound for rent. Highly recommended. Free parking across the street.
