Checked in online and when arrived was seen in a timely manner. Staff and Doctor were all very friendly and professional. NP Steward listened to everything I had to say and left feeling like I was actually cared for. Received the check up call the next day as they said they would and was happy to share I was feeling better with the care provided.

Horrible horrible experience, ive directed many colleagues and family to CareNow not Tecas Med Clinic, everytime I went bad experience. They ask to come in 10-15 min early but you end up waiting an hr to just see someone, twice ive had to do this and today was last experience ever to go there. And then when they do see you, you take vitals, and they test for covid and flu, yet I got sent home when I did not even get test results back yes, they just told me to leave. No empathy shown at all. Very disappointed about this company.

My son called me to tell me that he would be late getting home due to injury while working and that he was headed to Urgent Care. He sent me address. His dad and I prayed that God would provide excellent, compassionate, skilled, wise medical team to provide the care he needed when he arrived. I arrived at the Urgent Care but he hadn't arrived yet. I explained the situation to Ms. Maria, the young lady standing behind the desk and who greeted me when I walked in. She immediately expressed concern that he would be okay driving there and arrive safely. I was so grateful to her and her genuine expression of compassion. Her manner was reflective of all the care my son received once he safely arrived. Because of the seriousness of his injury, they quickly took him to the back to assess his injury as he completed his paperwork. The level of care he received from Nurse Tiffany, Nurse Practitioner Stewart, Dr. Lourdes Leon, Mr. Daniel and Ms. Maria was outstanding and an answer to prayer Philippians 4:19. My son's injury to his leg was cleaned, necessary stitches were carefully placed, protective dressing, tetanus shot given, antibiotics prescribed, follow up appointments scheduled. My family is forever grateful for their kindness, professionalism, abilities, and grace. Proverbs 11:25; Prayers of blessing for each one of them and their families. Numbers 6:24-26

Since I wasn't feeling well all weekend I decided to get seen by a doctor at Texas MedClinic. It was a Sunday evening around 6. Location: Culebra and 1604. So happy I chose this location. Elsa the physician on duty yesterday, was the best from any urgent care I have ever visited. Not only did she listen patiently, but she also allowed me enough time to ask any questions. She is honestly a true blessing! Smart. Kind hearted. Caring. Gentle. Just phenomenal! I did not feel rushed at all throughout my entire appointment. The online check in is so easy too! Highly recommend this location for all your urgent care. Thanks again Elsa and staff for making sure I felt calm and safe; I look forward to a speedy recovery 🙏☺️.

I understand having to fill out paperwork to be seen, but for a fallow up it's ridiculous. Same information, like the one we gave before was for nothing. This is completely unnecessary for a fallow up. It's like we've never been here before. The staff is friendly and nice. They are helpful and answered all our questions. Personally, I've been to other better streamlined clinics with less hassles, and prefer to go somewhere else. Update: We had to go back again for another follow up and this time there was very little paperwork. I love it when owners/Manager listen to their customers. So 5 stars well deserved. Thank you. 👏👍
