This program has helped me so much. I cannot thank the staff enough for providing great care for helping improve my mental health. If you are seeking help with any type of mental health issues, this virtual based therapy is a great resource. I have to travel for work, so this program worked great with my schedule. It is sometimes hard to admit to yourself that you need mental and emotional help, but the group and individual sessions are welcoming and create a sense of being in a safe place. I highly recommend this program.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Texas Mental Health Services in Austin honestly deserves one. When I first came here, I was struggling with anxiety and depression and didn’t really know where to start. The team made me feel comfortable right away — no judgment, just genuine care and support. The outpatient program helped me get my life back on track. I learned real coping skills that actually work outside of therapy, and my therapist took the time to really understand what I was going through. You can tell everyone here truly cares about your mental health and wants you to succeed. If you’re looking for mental health treatment or therapy in Austin, I can’t recommend this place enough. They go above and beyond for their clients, and I’m honestly in such a better place because of them.
