Buying a house is a daunting task no matter which way you slice it. Having a broker took away the anxiety of having to shop around for rates. We've never used a mortgage broker before but I don't imagine we will ever purchase without one in the future. Daniel is a straight shooter and we never felt like we were getting the runaround. Plus, having the ability to get an answer immediately helped me not blow my lid during the process. Closing was super fast! We put an offer on a home May 21, went back and forth with the sellers for a few days and we closed yesterday, June 12th. Impeccable service that I will recommend to any friends or family when they jump back into the market. Thank you Daniel!
