I had my left shoulder replaced. The doctor’s office put me in touch with an in-house PT initially. They recommended Texas Physical Therapy who assigned Keith Núñez to oversee my recovery. Keith did an outstanding job. The rest of the staff was very kind and helpful as well.
Best PT experience ever! Friendly and encouraging environment. Laura Chase helped me get from barely walking to being able to fast walk long distances, do all the flow yoga poses once again, and to get back to swimming laps normally. I am forever grateful. All the PT’s and the staff make the experience unintimidating, are great listeners, and really know what they are doing. Very highly recommend!

Goal Achieved: Thanks to their dedication and methodical approach, I am now at the point where I just need to focus on conditioning to get back on the tennis court! I worked with Laura Chase for one month, and she has been outstanding. As the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist, she is knowledgeable, personable, and takes the time to listen to your concerns. She explains things clearly, answers your questions, and creates a treatment plan that truly works. I started noticing improvement by the second week, and continued to feel better afterward. Laura helped me understand the root of my issue and which muscles I needed to focus on, both during sessions and through an effective at-home exercise plan. The staff at the clinic has also been great to work with. Shout out to Harris, Emily, and the others. I highly recommend this clinic!
The whole team was great. Kristen really really knows her stuff and methodically treated my climbing injury. I think I did about 40 different exercises over the course of treatment— and healed way faster than I worked have any other way. Also, the entire staff from front desk to techs to other PTs was easy to work with. Scheduling was simple and convenient. And the location is easy to get to.
