I have been suffering from chronic muscle pain for the last 16 years. I’ve had a great experience at this rehab center. The staff are very friendly and professional, with excellent knowledge and expertise. I’ve been taking physical therapy at Texas Star Rehab and Performance Center in Irving, and I truly believe they are the best at what they do. I had been struggling with pain in my left knee for quite some time, but after getting treatment here, the pain has gradually decreased and I’m seeing great improvement. The team is extremely meticulous and genuinely cares about their patients. They regularly follow up with me and make sure I’m feeling good before starting therapy. If I come in with any pain, they always ensure I get proper massage and stretching before beginning any challenging exercises. Dr. Rushi Shahiwala, Dr. Ami Shahiwala, and Dr. Dhreyay Barot, Dhwani Patel team are absolutely amazing. They’ve created such a positive and motivating environment, and they always encourage me to push myself to my limits safely. A special mention to Sheetal ma’am, who manages the office so well. She coordinates all my appointments, sends reminders, and always tries her best to fit me into the schedule — even on busy days. I really appreciate how they’ve adjusted my sessions to fit around my office hours. Overall, the entire team is very professional, caring, and considerate. They add a personal touch to everything they do, and that truly sets them apart. I’m really satisfied and grateful for the care I’ve received here. We had such a positive experience at Texas star rehab! The therapists (Rushi & his team) were amazing with my husband after his ACL surgery — they guided him patiently through every stage of recovery. Thanks to their care and expertise, his knee has become so much stronger. Sheetal is amazing at managing everything from appointments to payments.
