Manny came over last minute and did an excellent job power washing our driveway and patio in preparation for my daughter’s birthday. Everything looked spotless! He was prompt, professional, and very nice to work with. Highly recommend!
I expected more from a 5 star rated business. Reached out two weeks ago. The quote took a week to get back. Set the appointment for a week later on a Tuesday. Crew said they were on the way for 10am arrival. Then changed that to 2pm. Then changed that from Tuesday to Friday. Then cancelled all together because I told them my customer should be a priority. Business must be good when you can set appointments weeks in advance and then completely blow them off. Photo of text exchange for reference.
