I recently took my 6 year old daughter. I’m always nervous because while we’re newly using medicade i’ve noticed a difference with services vs when I had insurance through my job or paid out of pocket. But they were kind, they answered all my questions. I was truly impressed. My only negative comment is no one there looks happy :/ no one is smiling or laughing but honestly despite that 10/10!

Great experience as usual today with prompt intake, preliminary exams with Yisbet, Dr. Nyugen for the comprehensive exam, and Shana for the optician experience finding THE perfect pair of glasses meeting my needs and wants. Dr. Nyugen gets a particular shout out for listening to my concern about missing my contacts and providing samples so I can explore different products that might be more comfortable. Fingers crossed!!!! But meanwhile, I’m excited about the style of glasses Shana found for me and I particularly appreciate her assistance walking around to find the right pair yay!!!!

My father placed an order for his glasses and waited nearly one month without any update. When he went in person, he was told the glasses had arrived but were made incorrectly. We were then told to wait again. After waiting two additional months, no one ever contacted us. Today, we returned in person and were told that the order was never placed at all. This means everything we were told previously was false. This situation is unbelievable and reflects extremely poor communication and mismanagement. My father has waited months for something essential, only to find out the order never existed.

Vivana Ocho was very helpful and made sure that my new glasses fit and that they were comfortable. This is my second pair of glasses the I’ve gotten from TSO and im am very happy with them .

Well I'm 61 year old and I never thought I would be wearing glasses. I would recommend them to my friends and other peoples . It was my first time there and the service was fast and the doctor was nice and professional. I honestly enjoy my visit.
