3 stars bc I do appreciate the employees trying their best with the management they have. Overheard a manager talking down to a young lady while I was in self checkout. Music is so loud and it’s not even good music. I do enjoy being able to find such good things each time I go but I have noticed I rarely find 75 off tag. I’ve gotten lucky a handful but that’s about it. However there is no fitting room and no returns which is expected but still disappointing. I enjoy that there is “sales” as opposed to goodwill. However I feel like their home section is lacking a lot. I always feel like there’s more trash and junk then there is actual stuff you can use. Shoutout to this one middle aged woman who always strikes a conversation with my mother and I each time we went. You can tell she enjoys conversing with the customers and helping them out. I wish I got her name but hopefully others know who I mean.
Now I dont know what happen to this store. I came in here and walked right out. I heard that this place has changed for the better it hasn't as a matter of fact it has gotten worse there is a African American Floor Manager who i saw Physically assault a Customer, this same individual also is very Rude disrespectful. not only to his Employees but to the Customers as well. He Shouldn't be working there and this new Manager who over sees this store also should not be working there also. She is very disrespectful and Rude to the Employees also treats them the same way this african American does, she lets him get away with anything he does wrong. I have heard from my friends. That when her employess try and talk to her about him she will tell them he does nothing wrong and covers up for him (these two people should not be there) To be honest if i could give this place zero stars thats what it deserves. I dont think this place deserves any stars. Now they have people there who label items wrong and im sure its the day shift people not the evening. As a matter of fact you shouldn't be cutting the evening workers hours down especially when they are supoose to be full-time the manager has reduced there hours Restroo. Code# 6734
At this thrift store, you can definitely find AMAZING brands at reasonable prices. However, I do recommend you go when the whole store is 50% off. Today, I went there with a mission to find great brands and found: Brooks Brothers, J.Crew, Banana Republic and Polo Ralph Lauren. 3 cashmere sweaters and many silk items! 4 stars because on a regular day, it is definitely pricier than Goodwill.
I purchased a beautiful block crystal vase from here this morning, but didn't notice it missing until I finished errands and unpacked 2hrs later. I immediately called them and when I got on the phone they did their best to see if it was still there. We never found it (my hopes weren't too high when I went back, but I'm still devastated), they took down my information, and said they'd call me back if they find out anything. They offered me something else in exchange. Their employees were friendly, and the manager was extremely understanding and sympathetic.
I've purchased here several times, mostly puzzles. I found a brand new "tag on" swimsuit for $5.99 that I love. I also find nice plant pots for my baby spider plants. My only complaint is all of the clothes face the wrong way on the racks and I'm not left handed!
