Have no heart at all I got permission to park and another person from another company called and had my Trailer towed and they had no heart at all and the company that requested that my trailer be towed taunted me stuck his tongue out at me and yelled absurd insults at me even after seeing me sitting there crying.

On April 21st, someone I’m close to notified me that his hauler got stuck on a hill. The hauler belongs to the company he works for. He was supposed to get off at 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm or so. However, he had to wait almost two hours for towing. Upon arrival the tow truck driver was rude and inconsiderate. Yet, the individual whom I’m close to was still polite and patient. The tow truck driver not only was rude to him but also his manager. Besides the rudeness, the main issue with the Texas Towing Inc. driver was pay. The company name was on the hauler itself. Your driver kept insisting that the individual I’m close to pay out of his pockets. However, that is the company he works for to take care of. He told the driver of Texas Towing Inc. that pay doesn’t come from him directly but the company. Despite being told the company covers the bill, the tower consistently insisted the bill to be paid by him directly. Bad days do happen. However, the driver from Texas Towing Inc. was very insensitive and rude about the whole situation. It was like the tower was ignoring the fact that the company pays the bill on purpose. Though the individual I’m close to had numerous reasons to be disrespectful he didn’t do so. The tower was acting as if he weren’t going to get paid despite being told he will. The ignorance, insensitivity, and rudeness wasn’t needed as it already was a very long day. Due to ignoring the fact that the company covers the bill it comes off as wanting double pay. Thus, looking like a scam. I hope that tow truck drivers for Texas Towing Inc. learn how to treat human beings and actually listen.

The way they want you to pay is Rediculous. Took hours to get it right. They don’t just accept a card. You gotta do way too much unnecessary crap. Won’t take cash or a business check. Very frustrating. But the driver was great!
