The company's communication has been top-notch! Shannon from the administrative staff deserves special recognition - she's been very responsive and easy to work with. The Arb Will responded promptly to my inquiry as well. Their cut-and-trimming service was quick; they removed all the branches. While I appreciated their efficiency, I did wish they could have done a better job of cleaning up, especially when it came to leaves on the sidewalk. Unfortunately, some dirt remained on the sidewalk after the grinding process.
