Towed my car. Got here at 10 PM. AT 1 AM called to let them know he could not unhook the car. The boss I guess showed up at 2AM after a irate call from me at 1AM. I crawled under that car with my tools to try and get it off. The boss man from I see is taking pics to protect his butt. At which point I started videoing everything. They hooked the car wrong and the boss wanted to argue with the driver instead of getting his butt here earlier to take care of the problem. So at 2:30 AM it is finally done. Will never use them again.
