I was dissapointed with my shopping experience at Texture. I visited on a Monday afternoon while there were no other patrons in the store. I work nearby and wanted to support a neighboring business. There were 3 employees on the floor working. Not one person welcomed me with any type of greeting or acknowledged my presence, outside of carefully watching me navigate the store. I was only spoken too after a purchase was made. The store had a nice assortment of gifts but the customer service was a 0/10 for me. I left feeling bad about myself.

Eclectic selection of clothing and gifts. I’ve consistently been able to walk in and find baby, birthday, hostess gifts and jewelry; all well curated inventory. They even package purchases in ready to go gift bags. Definitely go and treat yourself or someone else.

This store is amazing! The women working wrapped up a gift for me and it was beautiful. I will definitely be coming in again. She took her time and we had a wonderful conversation.

Excellent experience with this shop. Outstanding customer service. Prompt shipping of items ordered. Thoughtful inclusion of gift bags and tissue with items. Super happy with the items! Look forward to shopping someday in person. In the meantime, will continue to patronize from afar.

The customer service is awesome--came in to buy some cute little presents and the women I met were very nice and warm. They will beautifully gift wrap your items at no additional charge. There are lots of cute knick knacks and beautifully made goods, like scarves, clothing, socks, house ware, jewelry, etc. The goods lean toward the pricier side, but there are plenty of gifts $20 or under. Your money is also supporting local businesses and vendors. Will definitely be returning if I need to buy gifts again
