My wife and I have lived in a TGA apartment for many years. From the moment we submitted our application, George has always been very responsive and accommodating. Even when we had unusual inquiries outside of the normal day to day interaction between landlord and tenant, he was always happy to help. It was a pleasure renting with him and TGA.

I’ve been renting through TGA Management for a while now, and honestly, it’s been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a property management company. From the start, their team has been super responsive and easy to communicate with. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request, they’ve handled it quickly—sometimes the same day, which is rare these days. The property I’m in is clean, modern, and really well taken care of. It actually feels like home, not just another rental. I also appreciate how professional and respectful everyone on their team has been. You can tell they care about both their tenants and their properties. If you’re looking for a place in LA and want a management company that’s reliable and easy to work with, I’d definitely recommend checking out TGA.
