Oh my goodness! I am soooo happy with my hair. I have been looking for a place for quite some time to achieve a wolf cut that suits me. I stumbled across Thairapy Lounge Salon, and I was able to make an appointment for an affordable cost. Elena did fantastic, and I will be returning!

The worst experience ever! My daughter wanted a trim (meaning at least an inch cut off) Devon barely cut anything off I never saw any hair fall down not even on his hand. She also wanted to dye half of the bottom of her hair purple, he bleached it and did not seem like he used all that bleach I was charged for and the color was not at all as expected. End result looked green silver yellow nothing like what she wanted (Purple). In the end he charged us almost $400 including extra bleach bowls, vivid upgrade, 8 oz of color and mind you her hair is shorter than her shoulders and dyed not even half of it! I’ve been doing my hair for a long time mine is thicker than my daughters and about same length, my stylist used maybe three bowls of bleach for my entire head. I don’t think he used all that bleach and color he said he used. Beware do not go with him/her! I don’t mind paying if it was an awesome job but this was far from it!

They have a girl who speaks Spanish, and she gave me a great Brazilian blowout—very professional. She allowed me to express what I wanted and was very kind in answering my questions. I felt very comfortable knowing it's a place with trained staff, very clean, and that I could communicate in my own language. Thank you!
