I had such a wonderful experience with That Balloon Girl! I reached out only two days before I needed balloons delivered for my husband’s birthday, and despite this being a hectic season, Kelsey responded right away and was so professional, kind, and accommodating. This birthday was extra special for our family — it’s my husband’s first birthday with our daughter — and Kelsey truly went above and beyond to make sure it was memorable. She took my order, squeezed us into her packed schedule, and kept in constant communication. She let me know ahead of time that she wouldn’t be able to deliver personally, but she arranged for someone from her team to come, and they arrived promptly during the exact delivery window she gave me. The balloons were absolutely perfect. I ended up placing them on our table because we have high ceilings, and it created the most beautiful grand entrance for when my husband walked in. Small businesses like Kelsey’s make moments like these unforgettable. I genuinely appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and care. Found That Balloon Girl on Instagram and I’m so glad I did! Working with Kelsey was such a great experience. The inspo I shared versus what she actually created was a 10/10 upgrade! The balloons were perfect. Kelsey gave me so many colors to choose from and added her own flair to make it even better. Delivery on time. She was so easy to work with, and pulled it together even with my last minute party planning. Beautiful!

Kelsey is AMAZING! She did the most gorgeous balloon garland and giant custom balloon for my baby shower, and everything turned out absolutely perfect. From the start, she made the process so easy! She sent a color mock-up and was super flexible when I wanted to add a last minute color change. She came and set everything up beautifully, and the end result was even better than I imagined. If you’re in Houston and need balloons for any event, THAT BALLOON GIRL, KELSEY, is your girl!

Kelsey was so wonderful to work with! I shared with her my vision of a balloon set for my daughter's first birthday and she blew me away with her creativity! She was super responsive by email and got back to me right away. She delivered the balloons to our home and she and her staff were so friendly and kind. We were so happy with the balloons that she put together and can't wait to order for our next event!
