This place loves to charge for "priority seating" even though the seats are located in the very back. Save your money and don't come to this venue. We assumed with priority setting that we would have seats towards the front of the show, but we're literally seated at the very back when we arrived. Yes the doors opened at 5:30 and we arrived at 6:00, but we didn't think for a second that they didn't reserve enough seats for those who pay for priority. This venue just seems like a cash grab. It honestly felt like they just sat everyone who walked in at the front without any concern for who actually purchased priority seating, or just oversold priority seating to make more money. I honestly can't speak ill enough about this establishment.
I've been to two comedy shows recently at the Improv and both were amazing. We bought Preferred seating and had great seats both times. The service was excellent and the food was actually really good. This is a fun venue and makes for an amazing night out and great comedy!
Legendary location where all the greats have already been. I went to see JP Sears. It was a great show, JP delivered a lot a fantastic jokes and it was a blast. Prices at the place are reasonable and the food looked great. I had already eaten when I arrived but the people I shared a table with confirmed that the food was good.
Nice location and Nice size building for comedy. The ticket scan was quick and seamless. The food came out fast, hot, and fresh, although the fish was labeled catfish but it definitely wasn't, or at least it wasn't USA catfish. The Apple Jolly rancher drink was great! Overall things were good. Two suggestions are that staff do not stand right next to guest seats hovering, talking, and/or playing music on their phone (I believe staff should view the show from afar). Also, the servers could be a little more friendly and personable.
We went here to see Don Mcmillan performing. We arrived when the box office stated they would open and they had already been open for over an hour. We were seated but not a great view from the side of the stage and since Don uses a screen made it very difficult to see the items being displayed. The table next to us was very kind and moved to let us see better. We enjoyed the show. You must remember that what ever you pay to see the performer, you must add another almost $30.00 per person for the item minimum and a 18% service fee, this does not go to the servers, this goes to the venue. We had a great server and had a wonderful time. We found the place clean as were the restrooms. Will return in the future.
