I regret ever coming to this place. Their hours are worse than banker hours. I went to this place expecting them to walk me through the tax process and maybe fill me in on valuable information. Instead I feel like I was just an easy form of payment to them. I learned NOTHING from them other than to not use their services in the future. I would not recommend my friends and family to use their services.

10/10 recommend Dan and his team during tax season. Dan was quick and efficient and the best part, affordable!! April at the front desk was also very nice every time we spoke on the phone. I will definitely be going back next year. Thank you Dan!

It was fantastic to work with Dan & staff to file my taxes this year. Price was transparent and upfront. The owner, Dan, was professional and knowledgeable. Dropped off my tax docs and they had me all set within a couple of days. 10/10 experience - I will be back next year without a doubt. Thank you for the great service!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This place is extremely unprofessional. If you are just looking for CHEAP go for it. After getting there early to fill out new client paperwork, I waited and waited but no one helped me. Not sure what the point is of scheduling an appointment. It would have taken Dan 10 seconds to simply step around his cubicle and let me know how much longer I needed to wait. After being there for over a half hour, I had to get back to work. I left my paperwork there and asked them to call me. NO CALL. After two days I called to reschedule with someone that has the time to meet with me. NO CALL BACK. When I went back to pick up my paperwork, Dan had the opportunity to apologize but ran back into his cubicle when I told him my name. Pathetic.

I'm brand new to Tucson, having moved here from Wisconsin. I worked part of the year in Wisconsin, and now live in AZ but work in CA at a new job. My taxes were a little complicated because I had to file state income taxes in three states. I also had already done my federal 1040 and brought in my return for Dan to check out. I had been doing my own taxes for years and was confident that everything was correct. Dan immediately spotted an error and uncovered a credit that I wasn't aware of and was not taking advantage of. Dan fixed my federal and did my state income for three different states. He saved me lots of time, money, and headache.
