My experience with Akopyan & Company CPA has been deeply frustrating and raises serious concerns about their professionalism and transparency. A former company I was involved used their services for accounting and tax-related matters, and when I required critical documents and information for my taxes, they outright refused to respond or engage with me. This lack of cooperation became even more alarming when I made multiple attempts to obtain documents that I, as a rightful stakeholder, was entitled to review. Instead of providing clarity, Akopyan & Company CPA withheld crucial information, stonewalled my inquiries, and refused to work with my personal accountant who sought details about an amended tax return that I had no prior knowledge of. The amended tax return appeared to disproportionately shift liability onto me, yet they avoided any explanation or justification for these actions. If their actions were entirely legitimate, why would they withhold information to which I was rightfully entitled? Such evasiveness is not only unprofessional but really troubling. If you value transparency, responsiveness, and accountability in your accounting firm, I strongly advise steering clear of Akopyan & Company CPA. My experience with them suggests a disregard for client trust and a troubling lack of integrity. I expected better from a company entrusted with handling sensitive financial matters and am deeply disappointed by their conduct.

The Akopyan Group has been doing all things financial for me for about ten years. During that time my business has grow exponentially and Akopyan has been there to support me every step of the way. The Akopyan Group does everything for us; bookkeeping, payroll, 401K, tax planning, and all of our tax returns. I never miss an opportunity for a tax credit or deduction, I always pay the right amount of taxes to keep me audit-proof, and I get consistent and accurate monthly financial reports that I can manage my business by. Working with The Akopyan Group, CPAs has been one of the best business decisions that I've made to date.
