Best pet shop in the area! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they offer very high quality products at competitive prices. This is the only shop where I’ve found Lotus dog food, which is the only kibble that my dog will gladly gobble up. Their selection is very wide from food, treats, toys, accessories and wardrobe. They mainly cater to dogs and cats, but have a few items for other animals!

I love this small pet store. The owner, Meghan, and all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and give excellent advice. They sell top quality products that I can always rely on. Their service is great! AND…. they keep a record of my purchases and give me credit based on what I’ve bought in the past. Once I bought kibble that my dog refused to eat. They took it back with no problem and only asked me why I was returning it. Amazing!

5/5 for the friendly, knowledgable employees and one of a kind supplies. The items are clearly chosen by people who truly understand how cats play, offering toys that my cats go crazy for. I haven't been able to find them anywhere else including Amazon and Etsy. The in-store tuxedo cat also approved of my selection!

The owner and all the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! When I was fostering a puppy and felt overwhelmed (to say the least) they were a guiding force, allowing me to keep fostering dogs. Their years of expertise in dog nutrition, training and merchandise - show brightly through their deep love for animals. Favorite pet store in the Bay Area for sure! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars ✨ 👏🏻💗

I decided to check out The Animal House when looking for a local pet store that supplies freeze dried raw food for my kitties. The employees were very helpful with assisting me to find the right food and I got to meet their cats and dog that occupy the store. My cats love their new food and I got them a catnip toy that they are obsessed with. Thanks again and I found my new favorite pet store! 😊
