I don’t know what occurred at this venue where they banned outside alcoholic drinks but it must’ve been bad and that’s a shame because this place was very fun with friends when we bring our favorite drinks to share. Interestingly enough, they added a rule where they said “no throwing cake” which made me thing something bad definitely happened. The rooms themselves are not bad. They’re clean, the machine has a good selection of songs and if you can’t find a specific song you wanna sing, you can use the YouTube app but you gotta deal with ads. If you have YouTube premium then that is a nonissue. Parking is plenty so that’s no issue, and if you’re looking for restaurants to sober up with your friends before heading back home, there’s good options around. But because of the new rule of not being able to bring your down drinks, I can’t rate this place any higher.

I was invited here by a friend on a whim, and the experience was surprisingly pleasant! The receptionist was a big plus from the moment I walked in; she was very pretty and spoke very gently, which instantly brightened my mood, haha. The environment was quite nice, the lighting was comfortable, the private rooms were clean, and the sound system for karaoke was great. Everyone had a lot of fun. The prices were also reasonable; there were no hidden charges. Overall, it's a great place for families or friends to get together, relax, and easily spend a whole evening!

Beware of the hidden charges. The room rental cost $115 ($59/hour for 7 people) for 2 hours but then there's "mandatory" 18% system/cleaning fee and 20% service charge (the lady went in our room only one time to bring the drink and food we ordered that we have to order at the front. Not to mention her treatment like we are an inconvenience to her) that totaled $80. Very disappointing. Ruined the whole experience for me and my friends. There's no other people in this place but us but the smell of the restroom smells really awful. I do not recommend coming to this place!!!!

Bad experience. The YouTube karaoke wasn’t working so we couldn’t even choose the songs we wanted.

Awesome KTV💕 The environment is great, the equipment is good, and the staff are super nice and helpful! We held an event here last night and everyone had a great time. I will continue to patronize!
