Baking Room’s focaccia with their honey butter was magical! Pleasure to meet the chef and his explanation of the sour doughs as well. Highly recommend!! Buying the baguettes next time

This place is really good. Everything I had was top quality. It's good to understand their baking schedule. It varies by the day of the week. Some items are baked every day and some on certain days.

This place has been open a yr and I just discovered it! Bought a cappucino (dry), blueberry maple foccacia bread and their pinsa baguette and it was all absolutely delish! They have daily foaccia bread flavors (Sat is the blueberry maple). The pinsa was addictingly good. Bread was warm and fresh. I will def return.

The service, prices and quality are all amazing. Between us we had breakfast burritos, a cookie, coffees and some blueberry focaccia bread. Can't fault anything we had.

I'd give this place more than five stars if I could! As a European whose dad owned bakeries, I can confidently say this is the BEST bread in Denver, if not all of Colorado. Seriously, you need to visit and try it. And yes, sourdough bread does have protein! 😉
