It's nice seeing and being able to purchase work from local artists. They rotate artists so you get to see new work often. We go in just to see what's new even if we don't buy every time. The people here are super friendly and we love the art we've got from them.

An absolute Hampden gem! The owners/artists Kristin & Sonny couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Don’t miss First Fridays to mingle with the artists, enjoy a complimentary beverage while listening to live music. So fun! There’s always fresh, local paintings that the staff can frame for you on the spot. Take your treasure home & hang it immediately, which is so convenient. The Baltimore Art Gallery is a wonderful addition to this eclectic neighborhood. ❤️

We commissioned Kristin to do a custom painting of a Maryland shore wetland scene after seeing the quality of her other artwork, and it was perfect. Really great people and easy to work with. And their shop is very nice and inviting!

Staff can quickly get all of an artist's work to help select the best piece. Gotten 5 artworks so far. The gallery area in the back is a secluded spot to sit for a bit as well.
