Bar Method has improved my quality of life. Prior to to beginning classes three years ago, I had chronic back pain and made frequent visits to the chiropractor. I knew exercise would be helpful, but until discovering Bar Method, I would get bored with other routines. The combination of an amazing team of trainers and the mind body exercises that continue to challenge one’s desire for mastery, make it a lifelong asset. It’s become my happy place. Over three years, my posture, flexibility and balance have improved immensely. It’s greatly reduced my pain and I haven’t had a back adjustment in years. At age 45, I have more energy and strength than I did 10 years ago!
I absolutely adore The Bar Method. I have tried every workout possible and have never found one that is (a) as effective (b) as safe for joints and muscles and (c) consistent in leaning out and growing muscles. Not to mention that the staff and studio are warm, welcoming, and calm at all times. I would 10/10 recommend The Bar Method to a friend of any age (I believe the youngest is 16, and I've seen clients at TBM well into their 80's and loving it!) So thankful I found this studio.
I absolutely love The Bar Method! I look more toned and I see a big improvement in my flexibility. The instructors are very helpful and encouraging during class. The classes are challenging and I feel like I'm getting a very good workout. I highly recommend The Bar Method.
I can’t say enough great things about Bar Method. After two kids and working full-time, I have finally found a workout I really enjoy. It truly is a total body workout. I recently hit my 100 class mark and I really see a difference in my body toning, posture and flexibility. The owner and teachers are amazing. They care about their clients. The Bar Method stands out by far from similar workout studios.
LOVE, LOVE LOVE going to class here. I started out doing Barre in 2004 with videos from Burr Leonard and also the Lotte Berk Method. These classes are as close at it gets to the original but with updates on better ways to tone and sculpt our bodies. It is ALWAYS challenging...which is why I go. Great classes, AMAZING instructors that help you with form!!! LOVE them....
